VICKREY provided civil engineering, surveying and construction phase services for the 150-acre Master Planned Mixed Use Development home to the FBI San Antonio Field Office - District Headquarters (10 acres; 140,000 sq. ft.) and the University Heights Tech Center - Multi-tenant, Office & Retail Campus (15 acres). VICKREY prepared a SW3P for 1.1 acres of access road to the existing Phase I portion of the development. A drawing and booklet were both completed and submitted to the owner. The project included noting the location of 2,200 ft. of silt fence and two construction exits for the project.
