VICKREY has extensive experience in the design and relocation of utilities as required for Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects by local and state agencies.
Our team identifies conflicts and facilities that meet the utility’s replacement criteria, attend utility coordination meetings, coordinate with other agencies and prepare the PS&E for the necessary adjustments and relocations. Besides the design, we assist in the bidding and selection of the contractor and in the construction of the project.
VICKREY has experience coordinating with utility agencies across the country, including CPS Energy, SAWS, TxDOT, City of San Antonio, Cibolo, Converse, Schertz, Seguin, New Braunfels, San Marcos, Austin, Roundrock, Bexar County, Travis County, Guadalupe County, Hayes County, SARA, TCEQ, EPA, the Edwards Aquifer Authority, US Army Corps of Engineers 404 Permitting, FEMA, HUD, and the TPDES permitting process.
