Regional Mobility

VICKREY has extensive experience working in support of controlled access, managed lanes, alternative lane design e.g., super streets, tollways, multi-level interchanges, commuter rail, street car, bus rapid transit and other multi-modal projects. Our team has worked with the Alamo Regional Mobility Authority (ARMA) for over 10 years and is knowledgeable of ARMA procedures and criteria.

Alternative Delivery Projects

VICKREY is experienced in alternative forms of project delivery including Design/Build and Construction Manager at Risk on both horizontal and vertical construction projects. These unique methods of procurement controls costs through value engineering, constructability, minimizing risks and expediting project completion.

TxDOT Inspection

Our inspectors are very familiar with the construction of State and Federal projects and have experience managing construction in accordance with TxDOT specifications and protocols. We also have Local Government Project Procedures (LGPP) certified personnel on staff. Our inspectors are familiar with TxDOT and FHWA requirements for MPO/Local Agency Managed (LAM) projects and provide the necessary services such as inspection, contract administration, documenting controls, coordinating with the owner, writing and reviewing reports (e.g., DBE compliance reports), completing required forms (e.g., TxDOT 1257s) and preparing audits.
