In December 2020, ESP Associates, Inc. (ESP) acquired Vickrey & Associates, LLC (VICKREY). VICKREY is a civil engineering, surveying, and planning firm based in Texas and previously known as Vickrey & Associates, Inc.

Founded in 1971, and headquartered in San Antonio, TX with offices in Austin and McAllen, the 56-person firm offers a broad range of planning, project management, civil design, construction administration, surveying, and geospatial solutions to a diverse client base in the transportation, public works, power delivery, governmental, and land development markets. The acquisition leverages ESP’s services and expands its geographic footprint in the rapidly growing Texas region.
