Our Construction Management services include quality control, inspections, contract administration, submittal reviews, change order assistance, and the oversight of construction, scheduling, and budgeting for both public and private clients.

CONTRACTORS utilize Vickrey's on-site LiDAR construction monitoring services on large facility projects such as Convention Centers, Football & Basketball Stadiums and other projects to avoid costly change orders, expedite schedules, and increase construction quality.

Alternative Delivery & Design Build Projects

VICKREY is experienced in alternative forms of project delivery including Design/Build and Construction Manager @ Risk on both horizontal and vertical construction projects. These unique methods of procurement help our clients control costs through value engineering, constructability, minimizing risks and expediting project completion.
