VICKREY has been providing civil engineering and surveying services for commercial and retail developments throughout Central and South Texas since 1971. Our services include master planning, entitlement and vested rights studies, site planning and design, project management, surveying, and construction administration and management. We have completed projects ranging in size from 1 to 3,000 acres with extensive experience coordinating with the TCEQ and designing projects located over the Edwards Aquifer Recharge Zone.
