This 150 acre site was developed for light manufacturing, office service center, and warehouse facilities. The project has been developed over a twenty year time period, in fifteen individual phases. Major developments within the project include HEB Warehouse and Food Service Facilities, Kaeppa Shoes, and Ben E. Keith Foods of Fort Worth. VICKREY provided civil engineering and surveying services for the site design of the grading, drainage and utilities for many of the individual building improvement sites.
