VICKREY provided civil design and professional surveying services for a 27,745 sq. ft. government building on a 3.16 acre site in San Antonio. Improvements included one government service building with associated parking, site grading, site storm sewer and site utilities. engineering services include construction documents, assistance in the bidding process, building permit assistance, and construction phase services. Other services included a preliminary site plan meeting, a fire flow analysis and a final set of Construction Documents. The preliminary site plan incorporated the initial design of the utilities, ADA compliant grading, drainage, and a water quality pond. The final set of construction documents included a site dimension plan, utility plan, fire protection site plan, grading/drainage plan, a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan, and technical specifications.
