VICKREY expanded its hospitality and commercial experience by provided surveying and civil engineering design services for the development of a 64-room Extended Stay Hotel in Three Rivers, Live Oak County, Texas. The firm provided topographic surveying services of the 5-acre tract, prepared civil construction documents including a site dimension, grading plan, utility plan, and a storm water pollution prevention plan, provided permitting services for TxDOT driveway and utility permits and Live Oak County fire protection system permit, and completed a storm water analysis to determine if there was any impact to an existing Union Pacific railroad trestle which was located downstream from the project site.
