Vickrey & Associates, Inc. completed the design to reconstruct this two-lane arterial from Culebra Road to Commerce Street into a divided four-lane with a turn lane and median. VICKREY provided civil design and surveying services for this project that widened a two-lane roadway to a four-lane arterial and removed a dangerous "S" curve. The firm's design included a new storm drainage system for the road, multiple barrel bridge-class box culverts, and adjustments to the existing storm drain systems. Surveying services included boundary and topographic survey.
