VICKREY provided civil design services for the development of 352-unit multi-family apartment complex located on a 16-acre site on the east side of Vance Jackson, approximately 1,000 feet north of UTSA Boulevard in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas. The proposed construction included approximately 15 apartment buildings, a clubhouse with swimming pool, and a maintenance building, drive lanes with parking spaces lots, carports, and garages, site grading, site storm sewer, site utilities, and a detention pond.
