VICKREY provided boundary and topo surveying, preliminary engineering plan, site diminsion plan, utility plan, grading plan, fire protection site plan, and prepared a storm water pollution prevention plan for the Remington Medical Resort site. The rehab center sits on an approximately 4 acre site, and has an overall building square footage of 25,000 square feet. Our firm also provided building permit assistance and construction administration services. We coordinated with the project architect, project mep, landscape architect, and other engineering consultants to accomplish all these services.
