VICKREY provided civil engineering design services for the development of a fast food restaurant located on 0.98 acres at 11115 Culebra Road in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas. The construction included a 2,512 square foot building with drive thru lane, associated parking lot, and site utilities. The final set of construction documents included a site dimension plan, utility/fire protection plan, grading/drainage plan, concrete jointing plan, and a storm water pollution prevention plan.
