This project was for construction of a new commercial mixed-use 3-story building with 2 levels of underground parking housing a bank and two drive-through windows on the first level, tenant lease space on the second level, shared parking, and offices for bank executives on the third floor.  VICKREY provided civil engineering services to obtain a consolidated site development permit from the City of Austin for this site to be used for a drive-through bank.  The structure was designed to obtain LEED New Construction version 3.0 certification at the silver level utilizing rainwater harvesting, advanced design techniques, and a detention pond.
