Brodie Park Retail Development

This project was for the development of five retail pads and the public infrastructure to support them on this 8-acre site in South Austin at the intersection of Davis Lane and Brodie Lane.  VICKREY completed and obtained approval of the Sewage Collection System (SCS) Permit from the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for collection systems over the Edwards Aquifer Recharge Zone.  Impervious cover, drainage and utility crossing calculations were performed in accordance with City of Austin standard.  Site grading was also completed to abide with American with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance and runoff patterns.
